Executive Team

Beverly Griffin
CEO

Beverly leads a small, dynamic team that consistently underpromises and overdelivers.  She has extensive experience in executive coaching, consulting and group training, as well as being a certified distance learning facilitator.  Beverly is also recognized as a high profile business and industry leader in her community.  In addition, she is known for her entrepreneurial endeavors from serving as a major sponsor for Little League and USSSA Baseball to the CFO for the Greater Greenville Scottish Games, a not for profit organization.

 

Julie Cassell
Director of Operations

Julie has been the driving force that has ensured compliance across all company facets since 1996.   Her diverse background includes experience in mortgage lending and as a paralegal.  The success of GII can largely be attributed to Julie’s budget development, expense control, contract negotiation, interpersonal skills and administrative abilities.  On a recent project she spent a week conducting needs analysis interviews with a large branding organization.

Within her community, Julie, stands out as an advocate for education; working tirelessly within the public school system as a volunteer.  In addition, Julie and her husband are the principles for the not for profit organization, Easley Baseball.  Their involvement with baseball has spanned the entire lifetime of their son and includes winning two consecutive state championships.

 

Alice Rausch
Consultant

Alice is a human service professional, with a diverse background, ranging from the public education classroom, to working with incarcerated youth and from mental health to working with non-profits.  She serves GII in a consulting role to work on special projects and works with coaching “executives behaving badly”!  Working in public education she has served as Chair of Intervention teams and has played a major role in bringing business partnerships to the schools.  Most recently Alice received her Global Career Facilitator Certification.  She remains committed to bringing South Carolina’s education program to a nationally recognized level.  Alice received her master degree from Carson Newman in Knoxville, TN.

 

Phil Hendricks
Developer-Web/Training

Since 1998 Phil has been designing and developing for Griffin International, including our web presence.  He has managed projects for multiple design and development accounts while developing project budgets and providing monthly reports.  Phil’s creativity has lead to the development of databases to maintain client files, track billable and non-billed hours, generate client progress reports, track training and provide exportable billing and training reports.  In addition, he coordinated and directed the initiative to develop and implement a Company-wide Diversity Business Plan including gathering and analyzing local, state and national diversity statistics, researching various types of existing diversity plans and creating and implementing successful plan.
